三槽式自動(dong)(dong)溶藥(yao)(yao)裝置連續(xu)調(diao)配聚合(he)物溶液(ye)的自動(dong)(dong)化設備機(ji)器。主要(yao)由三腔(qiang)藥(yao)(yao)箱、自動(dong)(dong)吸料機(ji)、自動(dong)(dong)溶粉機(ji)、自動(dong)(dong)配水系統、出藥(yao)(yao)系統、就地電(dian)氣控(kong)制(zhi)系統等組成(cheng)。加藥(yao)(yao)螺(luo)旋采用變頻調(diao)速可滿(man)足固體和(he)液(ye)體絮凝劑(ji)的自動(dong)(dong)制(zhi)備。

二、三(san)槽式自動(dong)溶藥裝置的(de)工作(zuo)原理
1.電氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)系統根(gen)據(ju)用戶在(zai)(zai)控(kong)制(zhi)面板鍵盤(pan)設定的配(pei)藥濃(nong)度和進(jin)水流量,自動調節及(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)螺旋(xuan)給料機運轉,將儲存在(zai)(zai)藥劑貯存箱(xiang)內(nei)的粉末藥劑按比例輸送至浸濕化(hua)合器(qi)內(nei)被(bei)浸濕并(bing)化(hua)合、形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)初步的溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye);注入溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解罐Ⅰ,溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)在(zai)(zai)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解罐Ⅰ內(nei)被(bei)低(di)速攪拌(ban)后(hou)經(jing)導流槽(cao)從左(zuo)(zuo)邊(bian)上(shang)部進(jin)入溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解罐 II ,在(zai)(zai)該箱(xiang)內(nei)又被(bei)低(di)速攪拌(ban)后(hou)經(jing)導流槽(cao)從左(zuo)(zuo)邊(bian)上(shang)部進(jin)入溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解罐Ⅲ,在(zai)(zai)該箱(xiang)內(nei)再(zai)次(ci)被(bei)低(di)速攪拌(ban)后(hou)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)終(zhong)的溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)從左(zuo)(zuo)邊(bian)下部進(jin)入溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)輸送管路,在(zai)(zai)輸送泵作(zuo)用下溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)連續不斷地流至需要位置(zhi)。
2.在暫(zan)時(shi)不(bu)用(yong)的情(qing)況(kuang)下溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)便溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)罐(guan)Ⅲ內(nei)待(dai)用(yong)。溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)罐(guan)Ⅲ內(nei)設置(zhi)高、中(zhong)、低(di)(di)(di)三個液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)檢測,正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)藥溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)在中(zhong)、高水位(wei)(wei)之間連續運(yun)行。當溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)罐(guan)Ⅲ內(nei)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)時(shi),系統(tong)自動動行;液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)高液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)時(shi),系統(tong)加(jia)藥加(jia)水停(ting)止(zhi),攪拌(ban)機(ji)繼(ji)續攪拌(ban),如果高液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)保(bao)持時(shi)間達到30分鐘時(shi),攪拌(ban)機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi),溶(rong)(rong)(rong)藥溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)處于(yu)(yu)(yu)等待(dai)狀(zhuang)態;溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)罐(guan)Ⅲ內(nei)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)(di)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)時(shi),系統(tong)會發(fa)出聲音報(bao)警信(xin)號及文字信(xin)息指示并(bing)自動停(ting)機(ji),同時(shi)向脫(tuo)水機(ji)系統(tong)發(fa)出低(di)(di)(di)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)信(xin)號用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)停(ting)止(zhi)脫(tuo)水機(ji)系統(tong)運(yun)行。
三、三槽式自動溶藥(yao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的結構特(te)點
1.采(cai)用三槽式設計集溶解攪(jiao)拌、熟化(hua)攪(jiao)拌、存儲攪(jiao)拌為(wei)一體(ti),實現連續配(pei)制(zhi)藥液。
2.面板(ban)輕觸(chu)操作鍵盤直接(jie)輸入配藥(yao)濃(nong)度,操作簡便;文本(ben)顯(xian)示器顯(xian)示配藥(yao)濃(nong)度、進水流量等運行參數。
3.溶藥(yao)量自動跟進水量變化,進水流量和溶藥(yao)量閉環(huan)控(kong)制,避免因(yin)用戶水壓波動造成進水流量變化影(ying)響配藥(yao)濃(nong)度,保證配藥(yao)濃(nong)度。
4.聲音警報(bao)及文(wen)本顯示(shi)警報(bao)信(xin)息內容。
5.溶藥采用(yong)浸濕(shi)溶化器,藥劑遇水不板結(jie)。
